Regional Utd U12 girls win Futsal shield

Our u12A Girls team annexed the u12 Futsal shield last Saturday 24/4/2010 in the LWSSL u12 Futsal finals held in Ardscoil Ris . Our 12A team won out the shield by defeating the Regional girls u12B side in the final on a 4-1 scoreline . It was a great performance by our girls to have 2 teams in the final . The 12B side overcame Bilboa on a 1-0 scoreline to reach the final whilst the 12A side beat Aisling B on pens and then defeated Coonagh A to reach an all Regional utd final . There were great performances from both sides who lined out as follows ; 12A ; Eva Carew (Captain) , Aisling Horan , Orlaith Flanagan , Molly Doran and Emer Spillane . The 12B team lined out as follows ; Ellen O Hora , Megan Horan , Anna Horan , Selena Ryder , Alix Fitzgerald (captain) Aoife Sreenan and Ksenia Vasik .
